Customer Retention Manager for Sweden’s next Unicorn

Ambitious? Yes, we are!

SkimSafe develops innovative security products and services that make everyday life more secure, both online and offline. Our journey has only just begun and we’re currently up scaling our operations to face new, exciting challenges head-on! We are searching for a Customer Retention Manager to join our dedicated team and help us create Sweden’s next Unicorn.

Job description

Do you know how to make customers feel swept away by your incredible level of service? Do you also have a nick for sales and love a good challenge? Then you just might be the person we’re looking for!


As Customer Retention Manager your responsibility will be to find the perfect balance between catering to our customers’ needs and win back those who’re thinking about leaving. What can we do to change their minds? What are the most common reasons for leaving? Together with our Customer Success Manager you will oversee anti-churn and win-back, making sure that we always go that extra mile to keep our members happy.


The job requires social and analytical skills, and last but not least – a healthy dose of pure grit. The customer is always right, but it’s your job to help them make the right decision.

What are we looking for?

Experience within sales, telecom and/or customer service is highly valued for this position. However, the most important success factor at SkimSafe is Attitude. We are looking for someone with passion, energy and drive that can make things happen! With the right mindset anything is possible.


To excel in this position, we believe you love working in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly. This is uncharted territory, so creativity and being adept at handling new challenges are important. There’s no blueprint for how to do this, but we expect you to have the ambition to be the best in the world at your job within 5 years!


We think you are a highly skilled salesperson with analytical capabilities and the right communication skills to build strong relationships with our members.

Key skills and experiences for a successful candidate

  • Experience from sales, telecom, customer service or similar
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish with perfect grammar in Swedish.
  • Being able to think outside the box and understand our client base in order to become an ambassador for SkimSafe
