Customer Service Rep for Sweden’s next Unicorn

Ambitious? Yes, we are!

SkimSafe develops innovative security products and services that makes everyday life more secure, online and offline. We have only been around for a couple of years, but are growing fast and are now preparing for the next part of our journey,  to scale up!We are looking for a Customer Service Rep to join our team!

Job description

Do you know how to make customers feel swept away by your incredible level of service and leave them wondering – Why can’t all companies be like SkimSafe?

Then you might be the person we are looking for. We love helping customers and exceeding their expectations and now we need to grow our team with customer service staff.

As a Customer Service Rep it is your and our Customer Success Manager’s responsibility to assist and help our customers by telephone, e-mail, Facebook, regular mail and all other means necessary to fulfill our promise of delivering world class customer support.

What are we looking for?

The most important success factor at SkimSafe is Attitude. We are looking for people with passion, energy and drive that can make things happen! Is that you? Then you can most certainly learn whatever other knowledge that would be an extra plus for this position. Being adaptive and not afraid of change since we are a fast-growing company in uncharted territory is also important. Neither you nor we know exactly how to do this but we expect you to have the ambition to be the best in the world at your job within 5 years!

We think you are a highly skilled salesperson with analytical capabilities and the right communication skill to make both managers at HQ and individual sales reps enthusiastic about selling our products.

Key skills and experiences for a successful candidate

  • Experience from sales, customer service, hospitality or similar
  • Fluency in English and Swedish with perfect grammar in Swedish.
  • Being able to think outside the box and understand what the customer wants in order to become an ambassador for SkimSafe
