We have only been around for a couple of years, but are growing fast and are now preparing for the next part of our journey,  to scale up!We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager to join our team!

Job description

As Retail Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving retail sales of our current and future products, digital and physical.

Today we are working with some of the largest retail chains in the Nordics and we have a team of field sales reps that supports our retail partners with their sales. What should we do in the future? Let’s find out!!

What are we looking for?

Then you can most certainly learn whatever other knowledge that would be an extra plus for this position. Being adaptive and not afraid of change since we are a fast-growing company in uncharted territory is also important. Neither you nor we know exactly how to do this but we expect you to have the ambition to be the best in the world at your job within 5 years!

We think you are a highly skilled salesperson with analytical capabilities and the right communication skill to make both managers at HQ and individual sales reps enthusiastic about selling our products.

You will have lots of responsibility from day one and you need to start building your team and processes as fast as possible.

Key skills and experiences for a successful candidate

  • Experience from consumer retail business
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in leading a sales team
  • Experience in planning and analyzing outcomes of sales activities and campaigns
  • Experience in setting goals, budgets and following up on them.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
